1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Everprime Home Improvement's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services Description

Everprime Home Improvement provides professional home improvement and handyman services including, but not limited to:

  • Flooring installation and repair
  • Kitchen and bathroom remodeling
  • Painting and drywall work
  • Outdoor construction (decks, fences, handrails)
  • Electrical and plumbing services
  • Smart home and security installations
  • General handyman services

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are free and non-binding until a formal contract is signed. Final pricing may vary based on project scope, materials selected, and unforeseen circumstances discovered during the work.

Payment Terms: Unless otherwise specified, our standard payment terms are 50% deposit upon project approval and 50% upon completion. We accept cash, check, Zelle, and major credit cards.

4. Project Timeline and Scheduling

We strive to complete all projects within the estimated timeframe. However, timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, permit approvals, or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any delays promptly.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about the project and property
  • Ensuring access to the work area during scheduled times
  • Securing necessary permits (unless otherwise agreed)
  • Making timely payments according to agreed terms
  • Communicating any concerns or changes promptly

6. Warranties and Guarantees

We guarantee the quality of our workmanship. Any defects resulting from our work will be corrected at no additional charge within a reasonable timeframe. Material warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Clients may cancel projects with written notice. Deposits may be refundable (less any costs already incurred) if cancellation occurs before work begins. Once work has commenced, refunds will be prorated based on work completed and materials purchased.

8. Liability and Insurance

Everprime Home Improvement is fully licensed and insured. We carry liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for your protection. We are not responsible for damage to property resulting from pre-existing conditions not disclosed by the client.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Connecticut.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
